What is HOTWORX?
HOTWORX is a one-of-a-kind fitness studio that combines infrared sauna technology with virtual instructor-led workouts, giving you an efficient and high-intensity way to train. Unlike traditional gyms, HOTWORX allows you to work out in a heated environment, which helps burn more calories, detox the body, and speed up muscle recovery.
 Sauna Workouts + Gym Access
Each HOTWORX session takes place inside an infrared-heated sauna room, with temperatures that can be adjusted to your preference. You may be working out with up to two other people, as each room allows up to three participants per session.
 Types of Workouts at HOTWORX
- High-Intensity Workouts Inside the Sauna (15-minute sessions): Rowing, cycling, and functional strength training.
- Isometric Workouts Inside the Sauna (30-minute sessions): Hot yoga, Pilates, core, stretching, and more.
- Open Gym Access: A small gym floor featuring dumbbells, barbells, TRX straps, BOSU balls, and cable machines.
What to Bring & Tips for Your First Session
- Bring plenty of water—you’ll sweat more than you think!
- A towel is a must to wipe off sweat and stay comfortable.
- If the heat gets too much, step out of the sauna for a bit to cool down.
- Arrive early to adjust the sauna temperature and acclimate to the heat before starting your session.
 My Experience at HOTWORX
As a former member, I really enjoyed working out in the sauna—not only did it help me relax my muscles, but it also gave me that extra boost to sweat more and feel more accomplished after each session. The infrared heat made my workouts feel more effective, and I liked that I had the flexibility to either follow the virtual instructors or do my own thing.
One of my favorite aspects of HOTWORX is that it’s open 24/7, making it so much more convenient than many other boutique fitness studios with set hours. Plus, they offer multiple membership options that fit different budgets and needs.
 Membership & Pricing
- First session is free—try before you commit!
- A heat-resistant yoga mat is required and must be purchased on the day you sign up as part of the sign-up fee.
- I paid $79 per month, which allowed me to visit different locations—a huge plus for me! They also offer other membership options to fit different needs.
